Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Sanchara Trails website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Sanchara Trails is a small, home-based business in India. We create custom 3D printed trail maps from a GPX file you share with us, or from the name of your trek, race or route. Each product is made to order and personalized according to your specifications.

• All orders are placed through Instagram direct messages with our team.
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). The price we quote is the final price for your product — any delivery charge is confirmed with you before you pay.
• Standard orders are charged at the quoted price, and a payment receipt is available on request.
• Need a GST invoice, or ordering in bulk for a company, event or trekking group? Contact us directly on Instagram or at sancharatrails@gmail.com and we'll work out pricing and invoicing with you.
• Payment must be completed before production begins.
• We accept UPI, bank transfers, and other payment methods communicated at the time of order.

• All products are custom-made based on the route details you provide and your chosen specifications.
• We will share a digital preview for your approval before printing.
• Once you approve the preview and production begins, changes cannot be made.
• Minor variations in color, texture, or dimensions may occur due to the nature of 3D printing.

• Production time is typically 5–10 business days after order confirmation.
• Shipping within India usually takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
• International shipping is available on request with additional charges.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon handoff to the shipping carrier.

Because each product is custom-made:

• We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
• If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
• If the product significantly differs from the approved preview, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• All website content, designs, logos, and branding are the property of Sanchara Trails.
• You retain ownership of your GPS/route data. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for producing your order.
• We may use photos of completed products (without personal route data) for marketing purposes unless you opt out.

• Any preview or proof we share before production is an approximation. Final printed products may differ in detail and resolution.
• Approving a proof confirms the route, spelling, and layout. We produce to the approved proof.

Sanchara Trails shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
